Counselling is a process which will help and support you if you are experiencing a problem or issue you are keen to resolve, or if you want to explore the way you’re thinking or feeling further. Working with me can help you see things in a new perspective and give support through difficult times. You may choose to speak to me because you feel you cannot speak to family or friends about such personal issues, or you may simply wish to speak to a professional with an objective viewpoint.
I will listen to the topics you bring to the session then raise awareness about what may be at the heart of the issue. We will also explore some of the negative and destructive patterns you may be engaging in. Topics could be related to experiences of loss, grief or trauma; it could be relationship difficulties, on-going stress, depression, anxiety or all of this at once.
I will provide you with a safe, confidential space, and time which is just for you to talk about what is bothering you. I understand that it is not always easy to talk about problems and to express feelings. I will accept the way you are without judging you and work with you towards improving your wellbeing.
