I take client confidentiality very seriously and am committed to ensuring appropriate privacy.
The level of protection of your information depends upon the type of service you are receiving. However, in general, the information which you provide is kept confidential. The only exception to this rule is if at some point you indicate that you are intending to (or have already) harmed another person or yourself.
There is usually basic information which you must agree to providing. That information may include: Your name, your address, your date of birth, your contact phone number and email address.
This information will not be shared with anyone else, except where required by law or as a condition of funding for your insurance provider.
All information regarding you and the service provided to you is held securely. The information is stored either in electronic or paper based format.
Upon completion of your service, your records are held in restricted archives for as long as is deemed necessary. After this they are securely destroyed.
